The snow is rotting? yes it gets warm during the day and when you walk on it you fall through. We call it "rotting"

Spring is having a hard time starting here. Grass and dandelions are going but the azaleas and rhodies, which usually start in mid-March, are barely starting. LoM said it got pretty cold here this week.
