A flock of ten flamingoes have met a brutal end at a zoo in Eskilstuna in eastern Sweden after a curious anteater broke into their compound and clawed them to death, leaving a further five birds nursing injuries.

Not yet, but if he finishes today, I’ll take him for some tomorrow. It’s too late today - we have to get supper and leave for church by 5:15.
We got our gardening started later than I would have preferred. DP wasn’t working for 7 weeks, but he didn’t do anything until the last week! Maybe we won’t get really hot weather for a while, give the plants a chance to get going.
DP is back at work? How wonderful! I didn’t know.
June, July, and Aug. are expected to be warmer and drier than normal around here, but they haven’t said anything about May.
