They’re both already winners. Two of the nicest youngsters to ever grace this competition. :-)
E! Online was at the Monday press conference, and both Scotty and Lauren had something to say about the end of the competition. Scotty McCreery took the more gentlemanly approach to things when he said the following: “We’re friends. This isn’t a competition, we’re just singing our hearts out. We’re both going in full steam ahead.” While Lauren had this to say: “I think whatever is meant to happen will happen. I think if Scotty wins, I’ll be happy for him because he’s one of my best friends.”
