I thought almost all of them stepped up their game tonight, except Haley. She was the same old screaming meemie, who might even raise Janis Joplin from the dead, and not in a good way.
Jacob has a great voice. I hated the song, and thought Will I. Am was sabotaging Jacob.
James has a marvelous voice, though he did go off-key a little bit on some notes.
Pia as Tina Turner was a turn-off. Another screamer.
Lauren was super-good tonight. She looked marvelous, and her singing was superb. She is my favorite of the girls.
I loved Stefano tonight. He is so damn cute...the Italian Ferris Bueller.
Casey did not impress. His voice was weaker than usual. I always think he’s going to pass out and start hemhoragging onstage. Makes me nervous.
Scotty was adorable as a latter-day Elvis, although he reminds me more of Jimmy Dean because of his laid-back attitude.
Paul? What can I say about that weird performance? I think he’ll be in the bottom 3 again.
Yeah, well, I needed an outlet for all my pent up bitchiness and snark. I feel much better now. :)
