I'm here! I'm watching the neighbors TV from the roof across the street.

Jacob Lusk

His first song is Jordan Spark's "No Air". I think Jacob's voice is higher than Jordan's. It's like an air-raid siren set to music.

J-Lo: There's no doubt you have the showmanship. Your voice is one of the best that's ever been on this stage. You need to pick songs that show the audience who you are. I think that will get you to the top three, the top two, the finale!

Randy: I kinda differ with that opinion. I don't think anyone should be singing duet songs. Kinda sharp. I don't see you as Chris Brown or Jordan Sparks. I see you as a Luther, a church kid.

Steven: We're waiting for you to find a niche. I love your voice. Waiting for you find something that's 100% you, not other people.

Lisping with Seacrest, Jacob suggests that "being a new Luther Vandross" may be too constraining for him. What an ego.

Lauren Alaina

Her first song is Carrie Underwood's "Flat On The Floor". Pretty good. Not as good as Carrie though. Lauren is wearing her hair like Carrie tonight too, I notice.

Randy: That is the direction for you! This is a direction I agree with. Your fun side. Lauren is in it, ya'll!

Steven: As good as it gets. A fifteen year old girl singing like that? The sky is the limit.

J-Lo: You ate that up! That's what you have to do every time!
