There are rattlesnakes out here. My Stuffy is a slasher; so they don’t stand a chance with her. Half Persian, half Siamese, sharp claws; but she’s a sweetie, sort of.

Or rats.

When I had my cats in NY they really were just pets. When we came down to FL they brought home rats regularly and caught them in the house, too. (People not from FL don’t know that rats tend to haunt your house if you have citrus trees).
