I know I’m late to this thread but this dish is a TNT favorite that my kids ask for!

Kate’s Tuna Casserole

Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:45

1 1/2 Cups Rice,White,Enriched,Raw
6 Ounces Tuna,Canned In Water,Solid White,Drained
10 1/2 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup, Canned
2 Tablespoons Pimientos,Canned,Chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley,Fresh,Chopped
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice,Fresh
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper,Black
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese,Shredded
1 Cup Potato Chips — Crushed
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Cook rice in 3 cups salted water for 20 minutes.
Combine in a greased 2-quart casserole, tuna, (drained)
soup, mayonnaise, pimento, parsley, salt,pepper and onion powder and lemon juice. Stir in grated cheese. Add cooked rice. Cover with crushed chips. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.

Thanks. That sounds like something a little different than the norm by using rice instead of noodles. I think I’ll try that the next time I make a casserole with tuna!
