I think, Ms Jane, that maybe I had better explain the term
“un-raptured retread” since some may misunderstand to whom it refers.
According to Possum’s theory on The Rapture, everyone on the Earth today is an un-raptured retread.
A few years back, there was a movie called: “Defending Your Life”. In that movie, Meryl Streep’s character is going to get to stay in Paradise while Albert Brook’s character has to be born again. Possum decided that was really the way The Rapture occurred rather than folks disappearing in a pile of clothes with the subsequent crashing of cars and planes. He believes that when we finally fulfill the requirements for Paradise, we stay, otherwise we must be born again. I’m not sure if he is right but it works for making a point.
