A BIG ham steak and eggs done your way, and served on a bed of hash browns and topped with butter
Served with rye toast, and fresh fruit

Sausages in a wonderful English breakfast.
Toast, fried potatoes, special recipe Marmalade

THE FREEPER
Two pork sausage, two bacon, two eggs, a side of hashbrowns and fresh fruit (My Favorite)

THE FREEDOM FIGHTER
Corn cakes, topped with a grilled chicken breast, layered with lightly fried thin sliced ham,
and two strips of bacon, topped with a rich cheese sauce.
Served with sliced potatoes and Fruit
