The woman applying for a job in a Florida lemon grove seemed to be far too qualified for the job.
The foreman frowned and said, "I have to ask you this: "Have you had any actual experience in picking lemons?"
"Well, as a matter of fact, I have! I've been divorced three times, owned 2 Chryslers, and I voted for Obama."
Oh Jaycee, that is so cute! I really like the smiley face, I even have a 1970’s vintage smiley face clock that I use as my bedroom clock. I found it at an “antique” store! Guess that makes me an antique too?
I called up to Merrill, WI this evening, to see if my cousin was OK after the big tornado and they are fine. My cousin has a pharmacy in Merrill but he lives south of Wausau. At his home, they didn’t even get any rain, but a few miles away in Merrill there is lots of storm damage. They told me 5000 people are without electric service after the storm.
I will have to watch our 10pm late news and see the reports on yesterday’s storms. So far I have only seen reports of it on The Weather Channel.
Have a good night! I plan on sleeping well tonight now that the storms are gone.
