Mornin’ to Amy’s Place.
Got an e-mail with a link to some fascinating hummingbird photos. Mama and two babies. Lots of pictures this photographer provided which were taken over several days.
Enjoy.

First there is the simple meaning, then there are hints at deeper meanings and to the person studying deeply the deeper meaning does appear. It was there all the time only understanding and putting together verses from different books of the Bible ... does it become clear. Which is likely a lifetime of continued study of the Scriptures with prayer and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
I can testify to continued deeper understanding through study and time and prayer of the precepts of the Holy Bible. Through the grace of God.
Amen.
Texas state flowers. A field such as this is gorgeous and they are hardy once established.
“34And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:
35And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.
36Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.’

DAVID was brave of heart, and he had built his confidence already. One of the big problems today is our youth are sorta lost. Watching TV gives them many mixed messages ... virtually none are good. Lack of confidence and having no direction, along with impractical ideas of imagined futures confuses them every day. David, alone with the sheep and looking at the night sky had plenty of time to consider the God of creation. Pondering time. He practiced his sling/rock throwing, and killed mighty beasts. Brave indeed! Let us go forth with the spirit of David. Amen.
Finally, they had to take the baby to a rehab place to see if they could do anything for the little one. Some of us cried, it was just so heart-breaking after Mama had worked so hard with her baby.
I never found out what happened to the baby and don't know if any of the others found out or not. We all were so heart broken that some of us won't watch again, even though it was exciting until we found out the baby didn't develop correctly. Did you happen to get to see that one?
I like it. Funny.
We all have some of those experiences, haven’t we?
Billie, thank you for putting all that music together for us, today. One of my favorites, is “If Tomorrow Never Comes - sung by Kevin Skinner. I don’t know if he ever made it in the ‘real world of music’ - but he sure had the voice!
Happy Tuesday!
Very beautiful graphic, Billie!
And a very nice list of songs to entertain us....thank you!
I woke up at 6 this morning and now have been up 7 hours. Its almost my naptime now. I am very tired.
Be back later though!
Afraid I missed that one. I read the comments but didn’t follow the links.
GREAT songs, Billie.
Thank You.

“Presumptive sin is the one thing above all that keeps us from the presence of God. In Psalm 19:13 we are commanded to keep from presumptive sin. What is presumptive sin? To presume is to take for granted. It is manifest by an assumption of fact without proof. It is unwarranted boldness, supposition and arrogance. Have you ever taken God for granted? Have you ever taken salvation and your call to sanctification for granted? Have you ever allowed ungodliness to go on in your presence for the sake of peace? Have you ever assumed something to be true without proof? etc., ...
Psalm 19:13
King James Bible
“Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous [sins]; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.”
2 Peter 2:10 (King James Version)
“10.But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.”

Taylor Hicks did not play. Perhaps in a time of reverie these would be just right. All artists.
