Donald Trump has a long history that most posters on this thread have ignored. For starters, Trump has no political discipline. He went from being a registered Republican, to a registered Independent, to a registered Democrat and then back to a registered Republican.

Until February 2011 Trump called himself “pro-choice”. He supports the assault weapons ban. He supports amnesty for certain illegals, on a case by case basis. And Trump supports prosecuting hate crimes against gays. He also has multiple bankruptcies and has destroyed many companies and the lives of many people along the way to a personal fortune worth billions of dollars. In 2008 his first choice for potus was, Hillary!

Trump is no conservative. He's a liberal.
