This is the same image as the one on the Kos site, and all the points I made hold To imply otherwise is a lie. Please stop posting lies to FreeRepublic.com

Asked about that document, Okubo said, ‘This is the same certified copy everyone receives when they request a birth certificate.’” http://archives.starbulletin.com/content/20090606_kokua_line

This is a lie. Several people have asked for a copy of the COLB with Obamas name on it, but no one has received one. “No one” is not “everyone.” So this Hawaii govt worker is lying.

Unless of course, she is actually saying only that this is the format typically given out when one asks for ones own birth certificate. In which event, it is most decidedly not a specific confirmation of the Kos/smears image.

In fact, poster jamese777 knows this because he has been corrected on it before.

So, if poster jamese777 is again trying to imply this quote is somehow a confirmation of the Kos/FighttheSmears image, poster jamese777 is lying.

Jamese777, please stop posting lies to FreeRepublic.com

My point, again, was that THE STATE OF HAWAII HAS CONTINUALLY BACKED UP OBAMA’s COLB

You said Hawaii “stood by” and “verified” the image. That is a lie. It might be accurate to say “Hawaii officials have used weasel words in order to imply that the webimage is genuine, but they have never directly verified it.” That would be true and accurate; but you are determined to post lies rather than truth.

has ANY government official from the state of Hawaii ever stated that Barack Obama’s COLB is a forgery or an invalid document?

Yes. As you know, Hawaii officials confirmed to FR poster butterdezillion that Barry’s birth record has been amended. Since the Kos/fightthesemars image does not indicate that the COLB abstract is based on an amended record as a genuine COLB would, it is therefore a false document. Since you know this and pretend not to, you are lying.

A certified copy of a Hawaii COLB issued by the state Department of Health

. . . has never been issued to the public. You know this, and should not imply otherwise, as that is a lie.

Please stop posting lies to FreeRepublic.com.

contains all the information that any birth record needs to provide to document Article II, Section 1 eligibility. There is no additional information on a longer form birth certificate that is constitutionally required.

Incorrect. It does not contain the citizenship status of the parents. Also incorrect, because (given Hawaii’s longstanding pattern of fraudulent issuance of birth documents (cf Sun Yat Sen)) it does not contain witness information which could be independently verified.

Hope this helps.

More official confirmation from the state of Hawai’i’s Director of Health delivered in testimony before the Hawaii Senate’s Committee on the Judiciary and Government Operations:
“For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website. Hawaii is a “closed records” state, meaning that vital records are available only to those with a direct and tangible interest as defined by statute; hence, they are not subject to disclosure under public records requests.”
