The most over-rated? Anything by Mel Brooks.

I respectfully disagree. Mel Brooks movies are at least funny. Anything by Oliver Stone, OTOH, is hugely overrated.

I actually liked JFK because of the acting of: Gary Oldman, Joe Pesci, and John Candy. Joe Pesci’s character was incredibly over the top.

Also Oliver Stone wrote the screenplay to Scarface but Brain DePalma’s direction and Pacino’s way over the top acting made the film. Besides that I cannot stand Oliver Stone.
