How inconvenient for the Feds. They have done everything they could to ignore or deny any Iraqi-muzzie connection to the OKC bombing. I’m surprised this guy is still breathing. Maybe that’s why he lives on the streets.
"Wednesday, April 19, 1995 - Around 8:30 a.m. Tulsa banker Kyle Hunt saw a yellow Mercury driving behind a Ryder truck in downtown Oklahoma City. The two vehicles moved slowly, and Hunt said he initially thought the vehicles belonged to a family that was moving and had become lost in the maze of downtown's one-way streets. Hunt, who was in town for a business meeting and knew his way around the city, pulled up next to the car, ready to ask the driver if he needed help. But the man, whom he later identified as Tim McVeigh, shot him a nasty look, and Hunt decided to keep his mouth shut. There were two other people in the car with McVeigh, Hunt told The Post. Hunt couldn't see into the cab of the Ryder.
"A short time later, David Snider saw McVeigh in the passenger seat of a Ryder truck with another man. Snider was waiting for a truck to pick up some equipment, so he was standing on a downtown loading dock looking for trucks. He saw the Ryder and waved his arms. The truck slowly moved past the downtown building, and the man Snider later said was McVeigh gave him an icy stare. Shortly after the Ryder rounded the corner, a rusty brown pickup roared past the building, Snider told The Post.
"About five minutes later, in another part of downtown, a Ryder truck pulled into a tire store about a mile from the doomed federal building. A man stepped out of the driver's side, and Mike Moroz walked out to ask what the man needed. A man Moroz said fit the description of John Doe No. 2 was in the passenger seat. The man who stepped out of the driver's side was Tim McVeigh, Moroz told The Post. The man asked for directions, which was a frequent occurrence at the shop. The city's one-way streets often confused even longtime residents, Moroz said. The man wanted to know the route to the federal building.

The author of a book on the Oklahoma City bombing says a homeless man arrested in Quincy on Wednes day is the same man identified by several witnesses to the bombing as having been with Timothy McVeigh on the day of the deadly attack.
Quincy Police on Thursday spoke with the author and noti fied the FBI of the arrest of Hussain Al-Hussaini for slash ing a man’s face with a beer bot tle.
Capt. John Dougan said the man arrested in Quincy on Wednesday has the same name as a man featured prominently in the 2004 book “The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Con nection to the Oklahoma City Bombing.”
Both Dougan and the author of the Oklahoma City book said the man arrested in Quincy also has a tattoo on his arm that matches the description of one on the arm of the man in the book.
“His age, his name, the pic ture, the mug shot, that’s him,” the author of “The Third Terror ist,” Jayna Davis, told The Patri ot Ledger in a telephone inter view.
Davis said she saw the Al- Hussaini she wrote about during depositions for a libel suit he brought against her.
Davis said the Al-Hussaini she wrote about is a former Iraqi solider who was seen with McVeigh in the weeks before Oklahoma City and on April 19, 1995, the day of the bombing, which killed 168 people.
McVeigh was executed for his role in the bombing. The Al- Hussaini seen with him was never charged.
The Al-Hussaini arrested by the Quincy police is 45 years old and is being held on $500 bail on a charge of assault and bat tery with a dangerous weapon. He is also being held for a pro bation violation.
He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the Father Bill’s homeless shelter.
The victim, a 37-year-old homeless man, told police Al- Hussaini struck him with a beer bottle near 1250 Hancock St. in Quincy Center around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday

In the week following the bombing a Oklahoma City, a reporter at television station received a tip about some suspicious activity and began an investigation of a local property management company. The reporter had been told by several former employees of the management company that they had seen a pickup truck at the office, a truck that matched the description in the APB.
The reporter discovered that the owner of the property, a Palestinian expatriate, had pled guilty in 1991 to several counts of insurance fraud and served eight months in a federal prison. Court papers indicated that the FBI had investigated him for alleged connections to the Palestine Liberation Organization.
Former employees told the investigator that six months prior to the bombing, the owner of this management company had hired a group of foreign refugees to do painting and construction work. This group had allegedly fled from Iraq to escape Saddam Hussein’s regime. An employee told the reporter that he saw these “refugees” cheering the Oklahoma terror attack and vowing to die in Saddam’s service.
The reporter used surveillance equipment to photograph these foreign refugees, and focused on one man who seemed to match the last FBI profile sketch and description of John Doe No. 2.
Over the next several months the reporter interviewed witnesses who said they saw McVeigh in the company of a foreign-looking man in the days and hours before the bombing.
Witnesses also said they saw several of the refugees moving large barrels around in the back of an old white truck. The barrels, they alleged, emanated a strong smell of diesel fuel, one of the key ingredients used in the Oklahoma City bomb.
Who was this man, the one who resembled John Doe No. 2?
His name was Al-Hussaini Hussain who later filed a defamation lawsuit in Oklahoma County District Court against the television station and the reporter, charging that the news station had falsely accused him of being John Doe No. 2. The lawsuit was later dropped since the station had never directly targeted him as John Doe No. 2.
However Al-Hussaini Hussain is just one of many who were mentioned as a possible John Doe No. 2. Some would suggest that Hussain was given up as a target to deflect attention from the real John Doe No. 2.
