I’ve been gone since early this morning - got a hair cut and color, went grocery shopping at Wal-Mart, and just got home a half hour ago, and finally got all the groceries unloaded and put away.
I will say this - Wal-Mart IS much cheaper than my local Safeway store - but the grocery prices are still very high.
One thing I loved finding, was dehydrated food in large cans. The manager told me that the green and red peppers were as good as fresh - so I bought a can. Then, I saw that they had whole eggs and scrambled eggs dehydrated in a can - so I got them, too. Then I decided to get some vegetable stew dehydrated and some pancake mix.
Anyone else try those yet?
