Here is the thing, The 1st amendment is the one that says that you have the right to life. That is why I referenced that one. Here is the second thing, she is not for states deciding whether or not children have 1st amendment rights. Unfortunately, Roe vs Wade is the law of the land. Palin understands that and she is willing to work under the current (common law), until it changes. You should not condemn Palin for common law, and her lawfulness.
The Amendments that protect innocent human life are the Fifth and the Fourteenth.
"No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.""No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
It's no wonder that someone who is so ignorant of our founding documents could easily be sucked into supporting an attractive candidate who cares little for Constitutional principle.
Did you notice that Governor Palin's stated position, which I've documented above, is in clear violation of the explicit imperative requirements of the Constitution?
