I have a simple solution for the crisis in Wisconsin, not that anyone would do something so common-sensical. Keep all the teachers, and keep 1 principal and 1 administrative assistant per school. Fire EVERY school administrator other than those key people. They are the leeches draining the school system. They have the highest salaries and do the least important jobs. Bet that firing wave would wipe out the union leaders, too.
I agree and have said as much to our local school board. Naturally, my advice was ignored.
