My D levels are low, so I take the Vitamin D3.... ..but my resistance is down...(my doctor says) because my dad is in a dying state under hospice care.... ..and I am constantly at the nursing home....

Yeah, I am so sorry. That is a very stressful situation so can affect your immune system. I’m sorry about your dad. Well, keep taking the D, add some c , and zinc if you have cold symptoms, because you still need to keep well while caring for him.
