I hope Walker stands his ground, but no GOP politician today has the guts like Reagan had to fire the Union thugs.
I don’t know what Scott may do. He is a very principled man. He gave himself a pay cut when he became County Exec.
I worked on the Dole campaign in ‘96. Scott gave his office to the Dole campaign for the duration. The people who volunteered there were Scott’s volunteers. They came in faithfully to stuff envelopes and deliver yard signs. And they loved Scott Walker, whom they had elected to the WI State Assembly when he was 27 years old.
