No this isn’t an intentionally racist statement, but was the other car filled with illegal aliens? This kind of scam goes back decades. With “ALL” of the “Victims” needing medical attention,i.e a quick cash settlement. They have the scam set up with a crooked lawyer, a doctor who gets a cut of the proceeds, chiropracters, etc.
From what I remember it was in California and all sorts of people were running it. One time, the victim just blasted the the scam artist and drove away. Never found the guy. All that was there was a car, some dead people and a crushed in trunk. Never found the guy, never found a damaged car. No witnesses.
