ah, youth......Gene Krupa did more for drumming and drums than any 5 listed here.....you need to see and hear his work and remember how long ago it was.....

Copied by many but never beaten....the first big star drummer....set up for a pot rap to bring him down.....
even great in a small club.....
Krupa was the best a legend. Modern times Tony Williams was my favorite. I don’t take rock drummers very seriously.
