“Burn out faster”? LOL. HID lights don’t burn out at all - they don’t even have a filament. They last many times longer than halogen bulbs.

As for the rest of your pity party, I respectfully decline the invitation. The facts are in post 49, but please feel free to continue to disregard them and know that I won’t be bothered in the slightest.

The facts, as I have stated before do NOT make these things safe. All that technology you claim makes them safe don’t handle situations such as cresting hills etc... All that technology is only useful when the roads are flat..wich is not the case in the real world.

The things are a menace, and are no different than running around with your high beams on all the time, and have like it or not been linked to deaths and accidents by blinding oncoming traffic.

You show me the technology that shows these things don’t blind oncoming drivers in a simple cresting of a hill scenario... let alone where the hill crest also is in the middle of a turn. Doesn’t exist... all nice additions for when the road is straight, flat and level, but worthless in many real world conditions.
