Some examples of how ridiculous this kangaroo court is:
1. The previous AG fired Phills first attorney; then fired his second attorney as they were getting ready for trial.
2. The previous AG then appointed an attorney late last September who is not ready for trial. Remember over 5 years investigating Phill and accumulating over 30,000 pages of documents) which need to be reviewed before Phill should go to trial….
3. The case against Phill has been formed over five years of investigation.
4. The prosecutor in the case, went to hearing in late January and announced his new charges and new theories. (they have never closed the investigation against Phill –so whenever they get a new idea they throw it into the mix… the problem? Well, I hope you can see layers of problems this creates…..time and preparation have to have a direction, if the direction keeps changing, it waste time, $ , energy in building a sound defense…. To name a few….
5. Phills new attorneys asked for a continuance: stating that they were not ready and had to respond to new charges. This motion was denied.
6. The prosecutor, who has had five years to bring this case, then announces he cannot complete his case and needs a continuance. The panel, without checking about Phill’s availability, expanded the hearing dates set in February and gave the prosecutor an indefinite extension to present part of his case later. No one checked with Phill when this hearing date was set. Knowing he is teaching in a law school they set the hearing dates in the exact middle of the semester…..

I think he was a Johnson Co. prosecutor(R) and was run by Sebelius as a (Democrat) to defeat Klien(R) for state AG and shut down the PP investigation ?? and then later caught dallying with another woman and had to resign.....?? a little sketchy here on the facts but really eye opening as to the lengths the KS admin will go to in order to protect PP. The Kansas city RED star also assisted these efforts .

I thought you two might know some who are close enough to attend the hearings beginning February 21. I really am looking forward to seeing the looks on the faces of the hearing administrators when they realize they are not going to conduct this kangaroo court in a roomful of empty chairs.
