I appreciate the warning, but I have no more sympathy for someone torturing a rooster than I would for someone torturing a child. This isn't a story about animal rights, it's a story about animal cruelty. The rooster was just defending himself.

I don't give a flying damn about roosters. True, cockfighting is rather cruel and I wouldn't take part in it, but chortling happily about someone dying just because he was less than kind to a damn bird? I care about HUMAN lives.
