A glowing orb filmed hovering over the skyline of Jerusalem has left UFO experts dumbfounded.
The circular object was seen descending slowly over the holy city's iconic Dome of the Rock before flickering and shooting skyward like a rocket. Similar clips have been seen before and debunked as hoaxes. But this latest sighting has proved more difficult to dismiss -- as it was recorded from four different perspectives.
Some UFO enthusiasts believe the videos -- which have taken the Internet by storm -- are final proof that aliens exist, while others say the unidentified object was the Hebrew god Elohim.
Adding to the mystery is the fact that flying over the Dome of the Rock landmark -- an ancient Islamic shrine -- is forbidden.
Two witnesses at the Armon Hanatziv panoramic lookout near Mount Zion filmed the object at 1am on Saturday. A little after one minute into the clip, the object descends slowly, almost to ground level.

Thanks for the help and...
If that doesn’t do it for you, you may try these other videos for several explanations.
It boggles my mind why one would want to believe any video or post is true after having seen in on the internet. Have you folks no common sense whatsoever?

And if this isn’t enough proof for you, you ought not be posting on FR, and should head over to the DUmmie forums, where gullible rubes are the norm.
Stupid people make my sad and angry, therefore I post. Not only that, but its been posted before already, which makes it doubly stupid for anyone to comment that it might be authentic.
Pretty good job analyzing the videos...thx!
Those are safety lights.
“Very strange, but, not really surprising. We are quickly moving into the days right before Christs return. You aint seen nothin yet.”
You got that right. And for those Freepers left behind; remember, don’t take the Mark.
We are quickly moving into the days right before Christs return. You aint seen nothin yet.
You are so right. Moving fast.
Got an obsession in progress there, eh? Before you burst an aorta, try avoiding the chat threads.
Maybe Jim will introduce a category for obsessive/compulsive/anger management topics.
“Stupid people make my sad and angry”
Well then you must go through life sad and angry, because stupid people are everywhere. I see them all the time (ref Sixth Sense). And they vote — see obama. (OK, we can probably agree that’s worth some sadness and anger.)
Laugh more. It helps. Seriously.
Yup. Well done. An almost freeper-level deconstruction!
My only obsession is to educate the ignorant.
Is your obsession believing everything you are introduced to?
you betcha I’m steamed.
Whoa, I’m not angry. Disappointed to see people defending the video, but not quite angry. That is unless someone tries to post something to defend the video with evidence - that would make me angry that such stupid people exist. We certainly agree on the Obama thing.
I was driving my family from Disneyland to Seattle in the early nineties. We were on I-5 at around 3:05 a.m. and I pulled off a dead quiet off-ramp north of Yreka (I think it was hilt road) to stretch my legs.
I saw a UFO first hand. There was no mistaking that what I was observing was nothing near anything man-made, and it was not “natural”.
I don’t know what it was, but I see UFO’s like crop circles. That is, there are bad hoaxes, good hoaxes, pranks, and the real deal. There are LOTS of the real deal. But since we simply can’t figure out what caused the “authentic” ones, we merely make up “possible causes” that don’t really hold water (You know, like the “missing a decimal place” that caused the DOW to crash 1,000 points in a few minutes), but it is enough to allow people to go on their way, trying not to think about it and basically saying “yeah, it was probably something like that” without really grasping the lunacy of the explanation.
If this thing in Jerusalem was witnessed by lots of people in different locations and there are multiple videos from different distances and aspects, the hoax theory really would be hard to support. Not impossible, if intricate enough, but sometimes the hoax theory is the hardest to support.
So no, I don’t consider this children’s stuff. It is just not explained yet. We don’t know everything yet, though we have made such strides in the last 100 years that we think we do. Only children believe we know it all. Adults know otherwise.
The last of those videos shows that it really was not over the dome.
Sometimes, when you think everyone BUT you is stupid...maybe it’s just you.
I keep track of stuff like this, the bird die-offs, etc. Yes, it will get interesting. Actually, it IS getting interesting for anyone paying attention.

The whole human race seems to be acting like animals just before an earthquake.
LOL...as they say, charity starts at home!
Thanks. I shall save that nice comment for a reply to your next UFO post.
Nice touch for a hoaxer, to put a couple of old southern ladies in the background commenting on glowing orbs in Mississippi
I take it at least one of these videos was filmed by tourists from either the King David Hotel or the YMCA?
I seem to remember videos of very similar orbs over church steeples, in Egypt and in Europe - filmed and witnessed by many
Let’s assume “someone” is curious- what is the significance of this site to them? A huge rock under the dome- possible meteorite? Next stop- Mecca?
