Hi, Johnn! Since it is NOW lunchtime (and my company just left), I am STARVING - and would LOVE nothing better than to sit by that window with your Salmon Filet and sweet potato fries! I hope you will be able to make that ‘Blackened Cajun Salmon’.....;-)

I love blackened chicken and blackened salmon. But most restaurants around here don’t have a clue how to make it. LOL!
