So glad you have found such relief!

For those not in pain, water aerobics are wonderful for...well...just because! Less pressure on the joints and feels so good! Any exercise you do on land, you can do in water. I did them for about 5 years and it was well worth it!

It's wonderful! I've been slowly getting a bit stronger, too! I have 10 screws, 2 rods and 2 cadaver bones in my back from surgery. I will always have some pain there, but I use a cane. But the pain in my legs was almost unbearable and these water classes have helped so much! I'm glad you found it worthwhile, as well!
