Usually after a heavy meal, but this is variable, too. As I’m sure people can verify here, it’s usually a very sudden, severe pain.

Mine did and if that is what Charlie has I am sorry for him. It is a very bad pain. (Although, as the saying goes, the worst pain is the one you have now)
