I have a Sig 226 9mm but I want that H & K 40 like a hog wants slop. That 40SW round packs a punch.

I’ve shot and enjoyed a SIG 225 (the single stack version of the 226)and thought it was a great gun.

No experience with that particular H&K, although I do have a fondness for their funky P7 series (referred to as a “staple gun” by Jeff Cooper, as reported to me by the honorable FReeper Squantos).

I’m actually a .38 Super fan, when it’s loaded close to the 125 grain .357 levels.

I carry an HK subcompact in .40 cal and it is quite a bit bigger than the G27. You definitely have to dress around it. I would prefer the G27, but I have to carry what my agency issues.

One difference is that you can actually get 9 rounds in the mag of the HK. I never try to jam that last round in a Glock mag.
