It's the new defense line against the usurper. Get a few states to make ballot eligibility laws where Obama has to decide to run the gauntlet in 2012 using lies and forgeries that he is a natural born citizen. I think he runs away folds up shop saying one term is enough. He chickens out.

It will all be because of the "Birthers" who challenged his lying butt. The lame media, Rinos, and Obots will know the truth, but won't acknowledge the truth...but that's to be expected. :-)

Let us hope this comes to past. Chances of ever trying him and him ending up in prison are unlikely. But it would sure throw a monkey wrench into the far left's face for a little while. Especially if in 2012 a conservative Republican ended up winning.

I know you don’t like to make waves, but is there any chance you could raise a Point of Order at the State of the Union on Tuesday, and ask the Speaker whether the man delivering the speech is eligible under the Constitution to be there.

We know (?) that his father wasn’t a citizen, so he really is disqualified you must know.

But is this f&*@%r even a citizen? Does he have the paperwork to even get a Driver’s License in NJ?

Couldn’t you ask the Speaker to have the man show at least that he was born in the United States? Or is this too much to ask?

More BS from the cut and paste man. Full faith and credit does not extend to fraudulently obtained documents and requires authentication. What do Hawaii regs state about authenticity of Vital Records? Check your rules of evidence or did you miss that lession because it came postage due and you were short of aluminum cans to pay for it?

At the bottom of every Certification of Live Birth issued by the state of Hawaii it states: “This copy is prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.”
Abercrombie will most definitely issue a new certified copy to Obama if he should need one.

Obama voted for a law in 2005 that requires states to have issuing agencies verify the validity of birth certificates when used to apply for drivers license and ID cards. Notice the hypocrisy in the state of Hawaii not allowing its own governor to verify the validity of Obama’s birth certificate and ignoring that their own state law ALLOWS such disclosures for such purposes. If folks want to make this ugly, ask your state reps to adopt a bill similar to the Federal “Real ID Act” for their presidential ballots.

Here’s what I think will happen if any of these states pass these laws. Obama will simply submit a statement saying that he is currently the President of the United States and that his very status as POTUS is proof that he previously satisfied the constitutional requirements to be POTUS. Once again, no court will be willing to investigate for fear that there will be mass riots in the AA community if he is deposed, so they’ll all rule in his favor.
