According to British Colonial rule at the time, he's a citizen of the crown. This was before the U.S. immigration rules changed (I think that was '63) to make him an "Anchor Baby". Why hasn't anybody (including Neal) brought this up?"
Follow up on my post #3, I’m especially disappointed that more of the talkers (Rush, Sean, and especially TGO Levin) haven’t focused on this. After all, it’s just fidelity to the Constituion we’re talking about.
