I’d think it would have to be a very very rare occasion and when there was nothing else to lose.
However, from what I know of this guy, he simply didn’t believe the picture related to chemtrails.
He’s well aware of the NWO and is not technically averse to the idea of chemtrails. He came across as simply not believing that particular picture of that particular plane was involved in chemtrails.
He’s also extremely obsessively precise, accurate, thorough in his analysis and investigations of anything whatsoever. I don’t know anyone as obsessive as he is about researching a topic. If he asserts anything as factual at all, it’s because he’s researched it super exhaustively.
In this case, he was just voicing his personal opinion from his work experience. I doubt seriously that his work experience had much of anything to do, even tangentially with chemtrails.
IIRC, he did allow that theoretically, a chemtrails plan might look similar on the inside. He just didn’t believe that was a pic of one.
