Ask Jim Pederson of NASA if this is a "Aw Jeez, not chemtrails again". He makes his living designing this type of operation.
Here's a report that shows the loading plans of DC-8 and P-3 aircraft with the aerosols. It's a PowerPoint Doc. entitled "Pederson ARCTCAS-CARB-flights-priorities.ppt"
