In rehearsals, Jimmy Iovine asks "You know what was wrong with that performance? Everything."
Another producer recommends Casey shave off the beard. "It's taking over, man."
After much deliberation, Casey vists the Idol barbershop and gets the beard and his hair trimmed back. It does look better. Much less deranged.
Casey sings next to a piano. Good to see him try a CALM song, and not maniacally stomping around the stage. Nice.
Randy: One of the greatest saves we ever had on the show was saving you. That was so nice and so tender. Well done, man.
Steven: If for not only the last two notes of that song (made it great) You sing different every time. That shows a great artist.
J-Lo: (she goes on and on about saving him--okay drop it! She uses all he time on that. She liked this performance though)
