I’ve always wondered what is the biological purpose to having this happen to a women every month? Not the actual period, which is gross enough itself... but the wacky hormonal stuff.

I have often toyed with writing a book, “Make Your PMS Work For You”, since I have found it useful in dealing with annoying, less than helpful sales clerks or customer service reps.

I have wondered if “nodern foods” have created PMS in women who might never experience it if they ate a more basic diet, with less sugar, grain, and additives.

These must screw up our hormones, somehow...

That’s one of the top questions I will be asking God when I get to Heaven.........

Here's a theory. Evolutionally speaking, PMS is a sign of reproduction failure since only non-pregnant and non-lactating women menstuate and get PMS. So it may be evolutionally advantagious for a woman to drive away a male when she fails to conceive.
