THe fishing rights provision is interesting and the perpetual right of British subjects to use the Mississippi river even more so.

I wonder if those still exist?

So, one interpretation of this would be that a British citizen could travel by boat up the mouth of the Mississippi all the way to Minnesota without need of a passport, etc.

?
