This makes the guy sound like a techno bigot. I didn't grow up with all that crap and I've always believed there were aliens in the universe.

Martin Dominik of Scotland's University of St. Andrews said Earth-like life on planets with similar environments may be a "cosmic imperative" and intelligent extra-terrestrial beings are likely quite similar to humans. That statement right there demonstrates that Dominik, at least, doesn't have a remote clue.
I think I'm going to get a job being an "authority" and saying the first idiotic thing that comes out of my mouth. No other qualifications needed.
I guess it really is who you know that counts.

I guess this means that all aliens living amongst us can now safely "come out of the closet".
There are many in politics and media I have long suspected are not from this planet!

I realize that California psychologists don’t all deserve attentioni . . . though James Dobson was once such.
In this case I believe he’s tasked with assessing then propagandizing in behalf of setting the stage for just such revelations.
imho, this is yet another INCREMENTAL preparation of the populace for the wider disclosure and DECEPTION.
Worth keeping some tabs on . . . in order to avoid being taken by surprise as that day gets closer.
Thanks Joe.
