Traditional Mari also lived much like Plains Indians, with typees and buckskin. I first heard of them when studying Native Americans.

Thanks. There’s another group of some size in Ukraine. We had a young lady at IU way back when who was a traditional priestess in that religion, as were the women in her family before her. She held seances and did dances with a drum and so forth. Otherwise she grew up in Pittsburgh or Cleveland.
