Also, if it's near Pluto why would it take almost two years to get here? Is it going about 50mph? Aren't there any "fast" lanes on the intergalactic highway?
In fact, that is unbelievably fast! Pluto orbits the sun at about 40 A.U. - that's 5.9 billion km (it's semi-major axis). Which means that these unknown bodies would not be in orbit around our sun - rather, they would be extra-solar bodies on a hyperbolic trajectory through our solar system.
The Voyager probes took decades to travel from the Earth to beyond Pluto's orbit.
