My flesh would like you to be correct.

All my evidence and Biblical understanding absolutely INSISTS that such an interpretation of timeline would be incorrect.

Whether we consider Israel returning as a Nation in 1948 or the retaking of Jerusalem in 1967, to kick off the prophetic timeline of a generation . . . I believe that at least one person alive in one of those two years need to be alive to see all the END TIMES prophecies that are to take place up to the beginning of the Millenial reign of Christ . . . in their lifetime. That’s my take on “a generation.”

And, there are 100’s of prophetic markers that have taken place and are increasingly advancing since the reforming of Israel as a Nation in 1948.

That move alone was full of indications of God’s intervention.

Considering that your knowledge of the Bible is much greater than mine, I read your post with interest and a kind of sad longing.

At a New Year's party last night, I looked at the faces of sweet children who were present, playing in a gorgeous garden ... and wondered what their New Years' Eve will be like 20 years from now. I prayed that it would be a good one.
