I know that to be true also. However I have children to consider. I am profoundly concerned about the world in which they will have to live. I fear for them.
There is no such thing as just “leading a decent life” and then being allowed into heaven. To a perfect God no man is decent. Only by faith are we saved. You can read Romans to see what Paul says about it.
