Didn't Pelosi personally sign off on his eligibility ?

Yes, not once but twice!

The first time she signed off (at the end of the Democratic Convention) swearing that Zero was the Democrat candidate for President and that he was in full compliance with U.S. Constitution requirements.

The second time was when she certified that Zero was the Democrat Party's candidate for President to the Secretaries of State of each state of our Union. However, this certification had the sentence about Zero being in full compliance with U.S. Constitution requirements removed.

This has been discussed and documented so many times in the past. Why do we have to go through this over and over and over again?

Each state has its own requirements for what must be in the the ballot certification statements. For example, in Arizona, it was not a statement from Pelosi, but a personal statement from Barack Obama that had to be signed and notarized attesting to the fact that he is a “natural born citizen of the United States.”
There may have been as many as 51 different versions of these documents, counting the District of Columbia.
