Good Morning, Johnn! Yummmmm - breakfast in Italy today!

You know, after a night of dancing (many, many years ago), my friends and I would go to a little all-night restaurant, and order steak, eggs and fries. But, the best part, was having a small bowl of the best brown gravy on the side - to dip our fries in.

I still do that to this day, occasionally - french fries, steak and eggs for breakfast, with a little bowl of brown gravy - just waiting for some tater-dippin’!

So, if your chef could muster up some brown gravy (best if made with au jus and thickened with corn starch), I would be delighted!

Have a wonderful Monday, JOHNN, and thank you!

Johnn, I think I will have the Corn Beef Hash with scrambled eggs. Sounds good to me. And I can’t wait for the cinnamon roll. Thank you.....what a lovely view.

Your menu looks sooo good today I've just been pondering as to what I'm in the mood for.

As corned beef hash was a weekly meal in my growing up, I think I'll have a bit of childhood! Haven't made it in so many years! Eggs, over medium just so the yolk runs down into the hash (wow..I can almost taste it!) Hold the milk and coffee...substitute with hot chocolate if possible. If not, a glass of ice water will suffice!

Thank you JOHNN, wonderful way to start the day!

I have to grocery shop today....think I'll add corned beef to that list!
