This is so funny...we received a shipment of homemade goodies today from the US and there was a large Tupperware container of bacon/chocolate-chip cookies included.

I thought, "What a great idea!" as I scarfed a few. The baconylicious flavor permeates the whole cookie and the chocolate chips add the perfect complement of sweetness.

We all got some and they're all gone now. :)

Glad you made it all right. It seems that those cookies are a giant hit. I’m working on the low-carb version now.
