These are incredible! What an amazing gift to perfect strangers and what a way to remind everyone what this season is really about.

For some reason, this song is more beautiful when it is performed in this way then when it is performed in a church.

I agree. It’s always beautiful, but there’s something special about it done this way.

That depends on the Church, the choir, the director, and what they put into it. I recall a downright impressive rendition at our church in Parma, Ohio, back in the '70s. When done well, it is a very powerful piece.

FWIW, I think that the original "food court" version is the best. It was well sung, and well choreographed. Impressive, to say the least. They all are!
