Skeptical of these claims. There is one thing I like about them though.
"A working model is promised for 2011."
I like that. It would be interesting to see an expansion, modification, etc, of the Lamb shift or some previously undiscovered anomaly that can be utilized. They claim working models in less than a year. Regardless of the outcome I'd like to see the results.

In 2011 there’ll be another “article” about how the working model will be promised for 2012, probably linked with the Mayan calendar as well. ;’)
