Probably soy based insulation in Chinese Christmas lights. It smells edible to many herbivores.

The squirrels on my property love fuel lines and plastic gas cans. Including the tanks on my mower. It is getting expensive.

Wonder the bunny didn’t get shocked to death.
Put some rabbit pellets in a dish away from the wires, it will retrain the rabbit to go else where to look for food.
