There are some audio dictation/translation apps that do the processing off the phone. But this says it doesn't need an internet connection to work, so it must be on phone.

I just installed it. Gotta find something in Spanish.

Interesting if they achieve that. Could be a boon to me if they get to German and Italian, for Androids.
