"Does anyone use the grocery kind? I would be interested to know."

I use Hormel brand in a 4-lb. (I wrote 3 lbs. earlier and I was in error) plastic bucket, buy it from the grocery store. It is a blend of non-hydrogenated and hydrogenated lard, but it is all that I can buy around here. Works very well.
